NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following application.

1) Raising of roof height to provide additional storey of accommodation plus rooms within new roof space, part three storey rear extension, and alterations to convert single dwelling into two semi-detached houses (variation of condition 2 of planning permission DA/21/01291/FUL in respect of external alterations to building as built) at The Orchard Mounts Road Greenhithe which will in the opinion of the Local Authority, affect the setting of a public right of way (Application Ref. No. DA/24/00805/VCON)

2) Application for Listed Building Consent for change of use of the first floor and attic levels to provide four residential units, enlargement of two rear windows, internal alterations, demolition of part of existing garden structure and installation of refuse and bicycle stores at The Wig And Gown Spital Street Dartford which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, will affect a Grade II Listed Building. (Application Ref. DA/24/01255/LBC)
