Lane House, Church Road, Penn Erection of first-floor link between house and annex, gabled bay first floor rear extension to annex and link between dormers of front elevation of annex.

Land at Shardeloes Farm, Cherry Lane, Woodrow Conversion of agricultural building into single dwellinghouse, with addition of basement level and incorporating hardstanding and landscaping (resubmission of planning permission PL/21/0825/FA).

Collingshanger Farm, 100 Wycombe Road, Prestwood Replacement agricultural storage building.

PL/23/1708/FA & PL/23/1709/HB LB

45 Lye Green Road, Chesham Works to listed timber framed barn/stable including formation of basement and installation of 15 rooflights. Creation of adjacent courtyards and erection of detached outbuilding to side.

PL/24/3314/FA Affects setting of LB

Coal Yard, The Backs, Chesham Single storey front and side extensions to car sales and storage building (retrospective).
