LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123
NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF LAND
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Borough Council of Test Valley as owner of the parcel of land described below which is held as public open space intends to dispose of the said land (by granting a 25 year lease) to Grateley Parish Council to use as open space land.
Description of the Parcel of Land
Open space land off Locke Close, Grateley, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 7EA.
A plan of the land may be requested from legal@testvalley.gov.uk.
Any person who objects to the proposed disposal of the above mentioned parcel of land should notify the Head of Legal and Democratic Services at Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ or legal@testvalley.gov.uk of their said objection prior to Friday 13th December 2024.
