Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission

PROPOSAL FOR 'Hybrid Planning Application (part full / part outline) comprising: 1. Detailed application for residential and residential ancillary (Class C3) and Commercial, Business and Service (Class E) arranged in 4 blocks, together with access, car and cycle parking, plant rooms and associated landscaping. 2. Outline application (all matters reserved except access) for a mixed-use development comprising the following uses: Residential (Class C3), Flexible Community Space (Class F1 & F2) and new public realm and landscaping. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.'

Notice is hereby given that the application will be made to the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames by Signal Park LLP for planning permission for the above proposal.

Any owner of the land (namely a freeholder, or a leaseholder entitled to an unexpired term of at least seven years) who wishes to make representations about the application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice to the Following address: Development Management, Kingston Borough Council, Guildhall 2, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU.

Statement of owners' rights

The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.
