TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:

CROMER PF/24/2262 Internal and external works to include removal of en-suites and installation of new en-suites, relocation of kitchen, dining room and lounge to first floor; installation of five new performance glass door and screen to the first floor; removal of portions of existing walls; removal of basement parapet; repairs of exterior pin; rationalisation of external drainage pipework and replacement of gutters with black metal; Western House, New Street, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 9HP for Mr. and Mrs. Dowie and Day. Reason: c)

RUNTON PM/24/2297 Details of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale: matters reserved under outline planning permission PO/23/0882 erection of two-storey, three-unit dwelling class reserved by conditions 4 (reserved matters), 5 (landscaping), 6 (trees), 8 (appearance), 10 (archaeology), and 12 (ecology). Land West of East Runton Methodist Church, High Street, East Runton, Norfolk for Mr & Mrs Piggott. Reasons: c) l)

SALTHOUSE PF/24/2278 Two storey extension to dwelling; erection of detached garage with home office at first floor; alterations to vehicle access and driveway; 1 Bungalow, Bard Hill, Salthouse, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 7XB for Mr and Mrs Andrew Bakewell. Reason: c)

STIFFKEY PF/24/2315 Single storey extension to west elevation of dwelling; alterations to windows and door openings to south and west elevation; enlargement of existing rear garden room; brick and flint wall with gate access from the rear to replace existing fence; 1 Warborough Place, Wells Road, Stiffkey, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, NR23 1QH for Mr and Mrs Ducros. Reason: c)

STIFFKEY LA/24/2316 Internal and external works associated with single storey extension to west elevation of dwelling; alterations to window and door openings to south and west elevations; enlargement of existing rear garden room; new brick wall with gate access from rear to replace existing fence; 1 Warborough Place, Wells Road, Stiffkey, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, NR23 1QH for Mr and Mrs Ducros. Reasons: a) c)

The reasons for the advertisement are: a) The application may affect a Listed Building or its setting; c) The application may affect a Conservation Area; l) The proposal is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Applications for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission affecting the setting of a Listed Building and/or the character or appearance of a Conservation Area, Environmental Statements, and the proposal affecting the setting of an Ancient Monument. (The public’s right to inspect the plans and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council Offices at: Council Offices, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN). Any representations should be made in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If the application is for householder development, in the event of an appeal that is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be forwarded to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with based on representations in writing.
