23/P/00401 22-24 Swan Lane, Guildford, Conversion and extension to existing commercial building to create 6 new flats above ground floor commercial unit. Refurbish existing shopfront on Angel Gate and modify existing ground floor service yard to accommodate new residential entrance and refuse storage. Demolition of existing building for the construction of new replacement Care Home comprising 52 bedrooms with associated parking layout and Landscaping at the existing site of Robertson Nursing Home.
24/P/01590 Land at, Church Street, Effingham, Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 14 (refuse storage) to change the current refuse store locations to be altered to the new positions as shown on the attached drawing number 753/06d of planning permission
