Notice of proposed development/works at (a) Land off Cob Lane and Old Stone Trough Lane, Kelbrook. 24/0769/VAR Variation of Condition: Vary Condition 19 (Future Management and Maintenance of the Estate Road) and Condition 20 (Full Engineering, Drainage, Street Lighting and Constructional Details of the Internal Estate Roads) of Planning Permission 22/0633/FUL. The proposal is a Major Development. The proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building.
HOUSEHOLDER APPLICATION
(b) 2 Victoria Street, Nelson. 24/0770/HHO Full: Bricking up of existing doorway and replace existing window opening with a doorway opening to front elevation. The proposal is within the Whitefield Conservation Area and the St Marys Conservation Area. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

(c) 2 York House, Church Street, Barnoldswick. 24/0720/ADV Advertisement Consent: Remove existing signage; display of 2 no. fascia signs, installation of 3 no. aluminium composite panels, 2 no. vinyl windows, 1. no window manifestation and 4 no. poster cases. The proposal is within the Barnoldswick Conservation Area. The Council has received these applications and is required to advertise them under the above legislation. Copies of the applications can be inspected during normal office hours at Number One Market Street, Nelson until 6 December 2024. Any representations about these applications should be made either in writing to the Planning Services Manager, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, BB9 7LG, so as to arrive not later than 6 December 2024; or, a copy of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website (www.pendle.gov.uk under Environment/Planning/View Planning Applications) and comments made online. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet. Decisions are normally made within six to eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments.
