PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT LAND SOUTH OF MOOR FARM COTTAGE, WORKS
LANE, CALOW
NOTICE is hereby given that application is being made by John Elliott to North East Derbyshire District Council for planning permission to change the use of agricultural land to secure dog walking field with associated fencing and gates.
Any owner of the land (namely a freeholder or a person entitled to an unexpired term of at least seven years under a lease), or Agricultural tenant who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council about the application should make them in writing not later
than 6th December 2024 to the Council at North East Derbyshire District Council, District Council Offices, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, S42 6NG
STATEMENT OF OWNERS’ RIGHTS The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.
STATEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL TENANTS’ RIGHTS The grant of planning permission for non agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
