1. Proposed replacement of the existing UPVC windows to the front and sides of the original building with timber framed windows, replacement of the existing UPVC front door with a timber door, replacement of recently installed mortar to the north-western corner of the building with a lime mortar, and installation of an air vent cover to the western elevation at ground floor level. Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1 & 3 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 2 above.
