The proposed development represents a potential departure from the current development plans relevant to the area, in which the land to which the application relates, is situated.
This notice is to advise the PDNPA is in receipt of further environmental information pursuant to the Environmental Statement submitted on 7th March 2023 to support the above development.
An electronic copy of the further information, application, the plans and Environmental Statement may be inspected on our website at: www.peakdistrict.gov.uk, in hard copy at Aldern House, Baslow Road, Bakewell during normal office hours or at Meltham Library, Carlisle Institute, 54 Huddersfield Road, Meltham, HD9 4AG during their opening hours (Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays 10am2pm, Tuesdays 1pm-5pm, Thursdays 1.30pm-5.30pm, closed Wednesdays and Sundays) until 16th December 2024.
The Environmental Statement is available to purchase from MWP Planning by email cjb@mwplanning.co.uk either in hard copy or on CD for a cost of £22 or £10 respectively (inclusive of postage).
A copy has been sent to the District / Borough council and the Parish council / meeting for comment.
