c) Installation of four pane sash windows to replace existing and in previously approved extension and dormer windows, internal insulation board to all existing walls and ceilings, repointing and reinforcement tie bar (retrospective) to west elevation, replacement of two staircases (retrospective), installation of roof cowling vent, two terracotta ventilation grilles and boiler flue and installation of aluminum bi-folding doors to rear (previously approved in timber) at 63 Keldgate Beverley HU17 8HU (Ref: 24/03043/PLB) 

d) Display of five banners following removal of existing banners and display of contravision signage to existing glazing on the tower, above the entrance door and on side elevation at Beverley Library and Museum Champney Road Beverley HU17 8HE (Ref: 24/03 I 98/PAD) 

e) Erection of a single storey rear extension to rear, following demolition of existing extension and construction of extension to existing dormer to front at 7 Ferguson Road Walkington HU17 8SL (Ref: 24/02949/PLF) 

f) Alterations to windows at front to create new shop entrance and brick up original entrance, installation of ramp and roller shutter and repositioning of signage board (Retrospective Application) at Roos Village Store and Post Office 4-5 Main Street Roos HU12 0HB (Ref: 24/02858/PLF) 

g) Construction of two dormers to front at 30 Beckside Beverley HU17 0PD (Ref: 24/02605/PLF) 

h) Erection of a ground floor extension with extension to basement below following demolition of existing conservatory at 67 Ferriby Road Hessle HU 13 0HU (Ref: 24/03126/PLF) 

i) Construction of dormers to front and rear at 25 Albert Terrace Beverley HU 17 8JU (Ref: 24/03138/PLF) 

j) Change of use of land for siting of 15 static caravan/lodges and 3 S-Pod 6 units for holiday use only with associated 3m high timber acoustic fencing, internal access roads, landscaping works and vehicle parking (Revised scheme to 23/019 I 7/PLF) at Skirlaugh Garden Centre Oubrough Lane Ellerby HU11 5AE (Ref: 24/02488/PLF) 

k) Erection of a free range egg laying unit with associated feed bins, egg packing and storage building, hardstandings and access track at Arnold Grange Arnold Lane West Arnold HU11 5HP (Ref: 24/03207/PLF) 

L) Erection of a dwelling following demolition of existing, erection of first floor extension and two storey extension to side of existing garage to create ancillary annexe accommodation relating to dwelling house, erection of outbuilding, change of use of paddock and arena from domestic to commercial use, erection of stables and tack yard, alterations to existing vehicular access and construction of a new vehicular access and erection of I .8m high fence, gates, I.95m high brick pillars, I .2m high brick pillars and 0.9m high brick wall (Part Retrospective) at Three Gates South Ings Lane North Cave HU15 2PA (Ref: 24/03195/PLF) 

m) Erection of a two storey rear extension at 6 Wylies Road Beverley HU17 7AP (Ref: 24/032I2/PLF) 

Proposals (a,c,d,f,i) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (c,d,g) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (b,e,g,h,m) affect the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposals (a,c,d) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposal (I) is a departure from the approved Development Plan of the area. Proposal 

(j) affects a public right of way. 
Proposals (k.l) are major developments.
