Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.
Application reference: PL/2024/0002137/HHA Site address: 12 Broadway. Proposed development: Replacement of existing windows with uPVC sliding sash windows and new roof light Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference: PL/2024/0001766/FUL Site address: Former Jaguar Land Rover, Lyons Park Sayer Drive. Proposed development: Formation of additional HGV trailer parking spaces for use in connection with the existing operation of the adjacent plot, along with associated infrastructure and landscaping Reason : This is Major development.
Application reference: PL/2024/0002174/FUL Site address: London Road Cemetery. Proposed development: New boundary treatment Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area. The proposed works would affect the character of a listed building.
Application reference: PL/2024/0001922/FUL Site address: 6, 22, 23 And 110 Bolingbroke Road Proposed development: Installation of external wall insultation (EWI) and mix of render and Artbrick finish Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference: PL/2024/0002202/FUL Site address: Coventry Building Society, 43 Binley Road. Proposed development: Installation of 5 new Security Bollards to existing ATMS Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
