NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF ADDITIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
Notice under Regulation 25 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 for submission of additional environmental information in relation to a planning application accompanied by an Environmental Statement
Application Reference: DCC/4399/2024
Proposed development at Hillhead Quarry, Uffculme, Cullompton, Devon, EX15 3EP (Grid Reference 306247 113769).
I give notice that Aggregate Industries UK Ltd applied for planning permission for Variation of conditions 2, 4, 6, 7, 12, 19, 22 and 25 of ROMP permission DCC/3655/2014 (Application under the Environment Act 1995: Review of Mineral Planning Conditions) to vary the phasing; landform; drainage; and restoration of the site on 22nd May 2024 and that the application was accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
In response to a request by Devon County Council under Regulation 25 of the Regulations referred to above, the applicant has submitted additional information in relation to ecology, restoration and land stability, with an updated surface water management scheme proposed. This information can be viewed on the Devon County Council website at https://planning.devon.gov.uk/PlanDisp.aspx?AppNo=DCC/4399/2024 (all new documents will be dated 07/11/2024 or later).
