Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.

MO/2024/1426: 62, Rothes Road, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1LB, Rendering of less than 25% of total face of external party wall in garden.

MO/2024/1644: 8, Rectory Lane, Charlwood, Horley, Surrey, RH6 0EF, Addition of a static caravan on an existing hardstanding adjacent to the existing house.

MO/2024/1744: The Coach House, Fredley Park, Mickleham, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6DD, Erection of single storey infill extension. (Application for Listed Building Consent).

MO/2024/1779: Variation to Condition 2 of approved planning application MO/2023/1565 for the demolition of existing dwelling and the erection of 4 dwellings, to allow changes to the roof forms and elevations to Plots 2 & 4.

MO/2024/1781: Old Beeches, Guildford Road, Westcott, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 3NW, Proposed demolition of an existing garage, erection of two storey extension to north flank elevation, two storey extension to west (front) elevation, first floor extension to west (front) elevation, and attached double garage.

MO/2024/1797: Land east of Stane Street, Ockley, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5TH Variation of Condition 2 of approved planning application MO/2022/0018 for the erection of 23 No. dwellings and formation of new access from Stane Street with associated works to allow the minor adjustments to the layout required affect two of the approved plans - the proposed layout and the landscape masterplan.
