I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
64 Village Court Whitley Bay – APPLICATION NO: 24/01418/FULH
Mrs Gilly Love is applying for planning permission for Addition of two new ground floor windows to side elevations. Alteration to internal layout of kitchen on ground floor by removal of an internal wall. Addition of a roof lantern to flat kitchen roof. Changes to doors and windows on conservatory.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
33 Howard Street North Shields – APPLICATION NO: 24/01413/FUL
Mr Steve Aitchison is applying for planning permission for Variation of condition 1 of planning approval 24/00652/FUL. Create alternative access and means of escape to the first floor residential areas by installing a new staircase and access/fire escape door.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

If you wish to make representations about the application you should do so in writing within 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of the publication of this notice to the Planning Service at the address shown at the end of this notice.
