NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Local Inquiry will be held by an Inspector appointed for the purpose by the Secretary of State for Transport into his proposal to make an Order under Section 247 (and 333 (7)) of the above Act to authorise the stopping up and diversion of a length of Footpath 635 (part) at Wolverley, in the District of Wyre Forest in order to enable development to be carried out as permitted by The Secretary of State for The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, under reference APP/R1845/X/21/3283420.
THE INQUIRY will be held at Terrace Room, Brockencote Hall, Chaddesley Corbett, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY10 4PY commencing at 10:00am on Tuesday 26 November 2024.
