Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications
which require publication.
TWC/2024/0741 – New House, Longdon On Tern – Erection of a covered
area extension to cattle shed (Part-Retrospective)
TWC/2024/0750 – The Homestead, 2 Manor Road, Edgmond – Erection of
a front porch & double garage
TWC/2024/0752 – 72 Court Street, Madeley – Erection of a two storey side,
rear extension & replacement front windows &a door following demolition of
existing rear extension
TWC/2024/0753 – 3 Chapel Road, Jackfield – Demolition of existing garage
& erection of 1no. detached garage, erection of 1.8m high timber gates,
replacement of existing mono pitched roof with a flat roof, replacement of
existing flat roof with a pitch roof, installation of 2no. velux roof lights, re-
rendering of all external walls & boundary wall, replacement of all windows,
fascias & guttering with UPVC
TWC/2024/0757 – The Priory Nursing Home, Spring Hill, Wellington –
Erection of 1no. outbuilding
TWC/2024/0762 – Reynolds House, 7-8 Church Hill, Ironbridge –
Replacement of 7no. windows on south elevation & installation of 1no. door
on east elevation
TWC/2024/0767 – Land North of Stretton View, Buildwas Road, Ironbridge
– Change of use of land North of Stretton View for the siting of up to 30no.
holiday lodges (falling under the definition of a caravan under the Caravan
Sites & Control of Development Act 1960 & the Caravan Sites Act 1968 (or
any Act revoking & re-enacting those Acts)
TWC/2024/0770 – Land adjacent The Three Fish, Stafford Road, Newport –
Erection of a 74no. bedroom care home (Use Class C2) with associated
access, parking, plant equipment & landscaping

https://secure.telford.gov.uk/planning/home.aspx. Written representations
can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 05 December 2024 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a
householder or minor commercial application no further representations can
be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them.
