NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS TO BE PUBLISHED IN A LOCAL NEWSPAPER UNDER REGULATION 20(1)
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997
Applications for planning permission, listed building consent and conservation area consent listed below together with the plans and other documents submitted with them may be examined at Council Headquarters, Newtown St Boswells between the hours of 9am and 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 9am and 3.30pm on Friday.
Written comments may be made to the Service Director - Regulatory Services, Scottish Borders Council, Newtown St Boswells TD6 0SA within 21 days from the date of the publication of this notice. Alternatively, representations can be made online by visiting our web site at http://eplanning.scotborders.gov.uk/onlineapplications/ It is also possible to visit any library and use the Planning Public Access system to view documents. To do this, please contact your nearest library to book time on a personal computer.
Please state clearly whether you are objecting, supporting or making a general comment. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, representations may be made available for public inspection.
