24/02023/FUL for roof alterations including installation of solar panels, replacement roof slates and rooflights to side and rear roof slopes at The Gables 62A Bootham.

24/02001/FUL for 1 no. dormer to front at 34 Osbaldwick Village In the event of an appeal against a refusal of these householder applications, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2015. Notice under Article 15 (4) of application for planning permission.
