We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

LB – Application No. 47/2024/1054 – St. Beunos College, Tremeirchion, St. Asaph – Erection of a prayer room.

LB – Application No. 40/2024/1207 – 17 The Village, Bodelwyddan, Rhyl – Installation of 3 replacement windows to dwelling.

LB – Application No. 30/2024/1372 – Outbuilding, Maes Heulyn, Bodafon Road, Trefnant, Denbigh – Conversion of guest house to form one granny annex including the erection of extension, internal alterations and associated works.

LB – Application No. 01/2024/1419 – Thomas Buildings, Bull Lane, Denbigh – Conversion of former post office sorting office and associated first and second floors to form 9 self contained flats including internal and external alterations, landscaping and associated works.
