The following application affects the setting of a Listed Building: Application Number: 24/00763/FUL Proposal: Creation of a stone patio area, disabled stone access ramp, new access and internal track and temporary permission for erection of an ancillary marquee Location: Patten Arms Hotel Park Lane Winmarleigh Preston Lancashire PR3 0JU Applicant: The Patten Arms.
