Town And Country Planning Act 1990 Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
24F/2953- 71 Shaw Street (6) Applicant Onward Homes Limited Section 73 planning application to vary condition 1 attached to planning ref 21F/3532 (Proposed change of use from student accommodation to supported accommodation (Use Class C2) with internal alterations) so as to extend the temporary permission until 31 October 2027.
24A/2909 - Former St Peters Church, Seel Street (1) Applicant Robert Gutmann. To display painted wall signage.
24L/2905 - Garstang Museum, University of Liverpool, 14 Abercromby Square (69) Applicant Charlotte O-Rourke, University of Liverpool. To install a staff passenger lift to serve the basement and ground floors via the existing cleaners store; replacement of 2 no. basement timber frame windows with clear glazing, carry out works to 1 no. window to enable installation of an extraction fan, refurbishment of wall and floor finishes and installation of a small kitchenette to basement.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 5th December 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
