CA/24/01932: Puckleberry, 6 Puckle Lane, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3JX TPO no. 02 2015 Beech Tree - crown lift by 3m. Applicant: Mr James Roberts Reason: Conservation area.

CA/24/01886: Flat 1 John Graham Court, 14 South Canterbury Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3LJ Replacement door from timber to UPVC to front elevation. Applicant: Mr David Durtnall Reason: Conservation area.

CA/24/01971: 206 Canterbury Road, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5UB Replacement of two entrance doors with single entrance door. Applicant: Ms Jo August Reason: Conservation area.

CA/24/01974: 15-16 Longport, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 1PE Application for Listed Building Consent for external and internal alterations including replacement of all front windows and doors front timber to timber, replacement roof to existing rear extension with four rooflights, insertion of two doors and infill existing door to rear elevation, insertion of
door and two extractor fans to side elevation together with new internal walls and doors to ground floor.

CA/24/01957: 12 St Peters Street, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2AT Retrospective application for Listed Building Consent for external alterations including acrylic signage mounted on timber boxing with traditional timber beading, repainting of shop front, rendering of painted brickwork below windows and the installation of an illuminated sign bracket together
with hanging sign. Applicant: Mr Thang Nguyen Reason: Works to a listed building.

CA/24/01859: Parsonage Farm House, Church Lane, Nackington, Kent, CT4 7AD Installation of a ground mounted solar photovoltaic system. Applicant: Mr Simon Henry Reason: Setting of a listed building in conservation area.

CA/24/01924: 140-142 High Street, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5JX Erection and display of non-illuminated fascia signs, two non-illuminated projecting signs, vinyl to ATM, one non illuminated welcome sign, window vinyl graphics and one 55” digital screen. CA/24/01972: 60 Woodlawn Street, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1HH Single-storey rear extension. Applicant: Ms Beth Simmons Reason: Conservation area.
