PLANNING NOTICE
Further information has been submitted by Welton Aggregates Ltd for an application for planning permission with an accompanying environmental statement made on 4 April 2024:
PL/0024/24 – Land south of North Kelsey Road, Caistor – for the phased extraction of sand and gravel with revised restoration to include two water bodies with surrounding acid grassland, marginal areas of rough long grass, water body embankments and surrounding new native woodlands, native sedges, rushes and reeds, including ancillary activities, associated infrastructure and new access from North Kelsey Road. The proposed development affects a Public Right of Way.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the further information from Pegasus Group, Pegasus House, Pavilion Court, Green Lane, Garforth, Leeds, LS25 2AF so long as stocks last, at a charge of Volume 1: Main Text and Volume 2: Technical Appendix – £50 each; Non-Technical Summary (NTS) – Free of charge, Digital copies of the above documents on a CD – £10.
