Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:

Development which affect a listed building or development within a designated conservation area or which may affect the setting of a listed building

Wellington House 14A Wellington Road Maldon - Single storey rear extension for wheelchair accessible accommodation, (requiring demolition of existing off-shot utility and porch). Ref No: 24/00651/HOUSE

145 Woodfield Cottages Heybridge - Internal alterations including the enlargement of bathroom, new internal wall, replacement of 4No. internal doors and replacement of radiators. Ref No: 24/00799/LBC

Brook Hall Steeple Road Latchingdon - Replacement of 13No. windows to the front and rear elevations. Ref No: 24/00847/LBC
