For application 11/24/0417 The developments could, in the opinion of the Council, affect the setting of the following Listed Buildings: KNUZDEN HALL FARMHOUSE and KNUZDEN HALL, STANHILL ROAD both Grade II.

For applications 11/24/0415 & 11/24/0416 The developments could, in the opinion of the Council, affect the setting of the following Listed Buildings all Grade II. Baptist Church, Cannon St & 21 Cannon St. & Former Conservative Club, Cannon St. and affect the character of the Accrington Town Centre Conservation Area.
