The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent
1. Replace window bi-folding glass doors and wooden door to rear to be replaced with glazed door at 2, Tenter House Court, Denby Dale, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/92550.
The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting
2. Removal and installation of like for like balcony railings, resurfacing of asphalt floor on balconies, stonework alterations for installation of balconies and remedial works, 2mm monoseal top-coat to topside of all balconies to inhibit any future water ingress and corrosion at 1, Westgate, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/92999.
3. Internal alterations including works to existing office to accommodate four new meeting rooms, creation of kitchen and WC facilities, formation of two rooms for ventilation ducting and formation of room to accommodate existing AC unit, with alterations to windows at Huddersfield Railway Station, St George’s Square, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/92426.

4. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for erection of boundary fence and driveway gates and installation of replacement guttering at Spring Hall Mount, Binn Lane, Marsden, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2024/92902 & 2024/92903.
The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting
5. Erection of detached dwelling at Land Adjacent to, Silent Woman Pub, Nabbs Lane, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/92936.
