What is planned?

The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990: The following applications have been received for proposals which may affect a Listed Building and/or a Conservation Area, may be a Major Development and/or Departure from the Development Plan, and/or affect a Public Right Of Way or an Environmental Statement has been submitted. Details may be inspected on line at www.runnymede. gov.uk. Any representations can be done by going through the planning search on the Council website and pressing “make a comment”, this needs to be received within 21 days from the publication of this notice; one additional day will be given for each Bank Holiday falling within this period. Representations received are available for public inspection.

RU.24/1388 Hamm Court Farm, Hamm Court, Addlestone, Surrey, KT13 8XZ Redevelopment and demolition of existing buildings to provide 29 dwellings including 11 affordable dwellings with detached energy centre and access from Hamm Court and extensive landscaping.

Relating to the enforcement notice served by Runnymede Borough Council (Without planning permission, the unauthorised material change of use of the Land to a caravan site including the siting of caravans & mobile homes for residential use) at Acorn Farm, Village Road, Thorpe, Egham, TW20 8UG.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views. If you, or anyone you know has a disability and is concerned about facilities at the inquiry venue, you should contact the Council to confirm that suitable provisions are in place.
