Ref: DMPA/2024/1244 (Affects a conservation area; Affects a listed building; Affects the setting of a listed building) Listed building consent for an external wall mounted aerial at School House, The Green, Bretby, Burton On Trent, DE15 0RE

Ref: DMPA/2024/1320 (Affects a conservation area; Affects the setting of a listed building) The demolition of existing 2 storey outbuilding and erection of a single storey rear extension to existing dwelling at 38 Main Street, Etwall, Derby, DE65 6LP

Ref: DMPA/2024/1329 (Affects a conservation area) Advertisement consent associated with the conversion of the building to a dental surgery at 41 High Street, Swadlincote, DE11 8JB

Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays) This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
