Notice under regulation 7(2)(b)  Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Proposed development at

LAND EAST OF DUNBAR GARDEN CENTRE, SPOTT ROAD, DUNBAR

Proposed erection of retail development (Class 1A) consisting of 3 retail stores (and garden centre), parking, landscaping, access and associated infrastructure/engineering works

There will be a public exhibition (drop in events) of the proposal on Monday 18 November 2024 between 12noon and 7pm and on Monday 16 December 2024 between 12noon and 7pm at The Hallhill Centre, Kellie Road, Dunbar, EH42 1RF.

This notice does not relate to a planning application.

Comments should not be made to East Lothian Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to East Lothian Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
