Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2024/1596VCMAJ: 19, Quarry Gardens, Leatherhead, KT22 8UE: Variation of Condition 17 of planning permission MO/99/1052 for the construction of 32 houses, revised design to houses approved under
MO/98/1350 on plots 17-42 & 45-50 to allow the garage serving number 19 to be used for residential purposes.
MO/2024/1732/PLAHH: Church View, East Street, Great Bookham, Leatherhead, KT23 4QX: New pitched roof over detached garage building, to replace existing flat roof.
MO/2024/1687/VC: Headley Court, Headley Road, Headley, Surrey: Variation of condition 2 of approved planning permission
MO/2023/0301 for the retention and conversion of existing listed mansion house to C2 accommodation and associated communal facilities, alongside the relocation of the sarcophagus flower trough, sundial, and winged lion seat garden features and temporary dismantling of left hand pier of gate located at the northern Headley Road ‘Jubilee’ access to facilitate construction access ,to allow to vary the wording of condition 2 in order to substitute approved drawings relating to internal works to the Listed Building following further investigation and understanding of the internal fabric.
MO/2024/1586/PLAHH: The Barn, Abinger Road, Coldharbour, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6HE: Erection of a single storey rear extension, alterations to front and rear fenestration, new rooflight over the first floor to the rear, part closing of the existing gated entrance off Abinger Road to provide pedestrian access only with a new wall to match the existing stone and brick boundary wall.
MO/2024/1707/LBC: Leatherhead Station, Station Approach, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7SQ: Proposed construction of a new footbridge with staircases and lift shafts.
MO/2024/1620/PLAHH& 1678/LBC: 3, Vale Lodge, Downs Lane, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8JQ: Replace ground floor sliding door on the east aspect with a wooden bifold door, replace ground floor wooden entry door which faces north on the east apect with a bifold wooden door and replace a small window on the first floor east aspect with a timber sash window.
MO/2024/1743/PLAHH: 17, Church Road, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8AT: Erection of a single storey side and rear extension. /Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk.
