Tritax Park. Oxford - Phase 2
An exhibition is being held to view proposals for a proposed planning application on land to the north of Junction 9 M40, between the motorway and the A41, adjoining the Siemens Healthineers development. This is being prepared by Tritax Big Box Developments to deliver a detailed planning permission of 163,338 sqm gross internal area of logistics and general industrial floorspace within Use Class B8 and B2 of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order with ancillary offices (Use Class E(g(i)).
Members of the public are invited to attend the exhibition. The exhibition has been arranged for: Thursday 21 November 2024 between 3.30pm-7.30pm to be held at Wendlebury Village Hall, Main Street, Wendlebury, Bicester, OX25 2PR
