AT THE SITE OF ‘LAND AT
PARK LODGE LANE/BRUNSWICK STREET’

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Wakefield is considering the disposal of an area of open space at ‘Land at Park Lodge Lane/ Brunswick Street’ (3,347 m2).

A copy of the plan indicating the land in question, together with further details, may be inspected on the Wakefield Council website at
(https://www.wakefield.gov.uk/business/propertyfor-sale-or-rent)and also during opening hours at Wakefield One reception.

Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objections in writing by emailing the Corporate Property Officer at
(corporatelandlord@wakefield.gov.uk) and quoting reference: (AH/02132). Letters can be sent to Property & Asset Management, Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield WF1 2EB to be received no later than 28/11/2024 and must give full reasons for the objections.
