Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which
require publication.

TWC/2024/0787 – Land adjacent Lion Inn, 1 Newport Road, Edgmond – Variation of condition 21 (application plans) of planning application TWC/2021/1220 (24no dwellings) to allow enlargement and re-siting of the pumping station, internal estate road and maintenance vehicle parking changes, layout changes, provision of SuDs basin and enlargement ofbuilding footprints

TWC/2024/0793 – 30 Church Street, Madeley – Installation and
replacement of 5no. double glazed sash windows on front elevation only

https://secure.telford.gov.uk/planning/home.aspx. Written representations can be
made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 28 th November 2024 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a
householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be
made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
