b) Variation of Condition 2 (silt lagoons) and Condition 20 (reclamation and managed as wetland and lakes for water based nature conservation) of planning permission 20/00990/CME (Variation of Condition 2 (timescales for operations) of planning permission 04/06710/STPLFE to extended the timescale for the final restoration of phases 3 and 6 of the extension to North Cave Wetlands and retention of the silt lagoons to support the mineral processing operations at the plant site until 19 July 2029. Additionally the extraction of recoverable sand from the silt lagoon at phases 3 and 6 extension to North Cave Wetlands) to allow the amendments to the approved restoration plan at Land at Dryham Lane Dryham Lane North Cave
