The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/24/97858/MAJOR Household Waste Recycling Centre Makerfield Way Ince Wigan. To site new office welfare cabin.
The Council has received the following planning application which affects a Conservation Area.
A/24/98024/HH 254 Wigan Lane Wigan WN1 2RN. Two storey extension to side and rear and single storey extension to rear following demolition of existing garage together with render to all elevations
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Green Hill Conservation Area.
