Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at land to the south of 1 Fairview Road, Eastfield Road, Ingliston, Edinburgh
Proposed erection of hotel including licensed restaurant/bar together with access, car parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure / engineering works
There will be a public exhibition (drop in events) on the 19 November 2024 between the hours of 1300 and 1800 hrs and on 17 December 2024 between the hours of 1300 and 1800 hrs at The Pavilion, The Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, Edinburgh, EH28 8NB.
