(Ref: 24/03035/VAR)
b) Erection of a general purpose agricultural storage
building at Highfield Lodge Highfield Lane Fangfoss
YO41 5JZ (Ref: 24/03084/PLF)
c) Erection of a single storey extension to rear, car port
to side and canopy to front and side, replacement
of existing roof with installation of three rooflights
to front and three to rear, application of thermal
insulation and render to front and sides and
construction of extended driveway to front, following
demolition of existing outbuildings and single storey
element to side at Littleholme West End Seaton Ross
YO42 4NN (Ref: 24/02995/PLF)
Proposal (a) is within a Conservation Area designated
under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (b,c) affect a public right of way.
