Reason for notice: May affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area
Application No: 2024/01202/FUL Application Type: Full Planning
Location: 7 Dingle Bank Close, Lymm, Warrington, Lymm, WA13 0QR
Proposal: Change all the windows and doors, garage doors, in the development, flats 7, 9, 11, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27 and in the large house, flats, 10,12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22. Cosmetic changes painting the timber work, including soffits, and fascia's to anthracite grey to match the windows.

Proposal: Proposed demolition of existing buildings and the erection of eight dwellings with associated new access from the highway and landscaping.

Reason for notice: Affects the Setting of a Listed Building
Application No: 2024/01225/VARC Application Type: Variation of Conditions
Location: The Farmhouse, Burford Lane Farm Burford Lane, Lymm, Warrington, Lymm, WA13 0GP
Proposal: Variation of Condition No's 2 (Approved Plans) and 6 (Parking Provision) attached to planning permission 2020/38388 for proposed 3 no. dwellings
