Application no: DC/24/69630 Applicant: The Studios (West Brom) Ltd Address: Kingston House 438 - 450 High Street, West Bromwich Proposal: Proposed conversion of office building (Use Class E) into 128 Co-living units (Sui Generis) with single storey roof extension and infill single storey rear extension, external alterations and associated external communal facilities.
