13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION


Proposed development at: Magpie Farm, Hill Lane, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 9EZ
Take notice that application is being made by:
Messrs Riley, Ward, Bailey and Cawley
For planning permission to: Continued use of land to provide 4 x permanent residential Gypsy and Traveller pitches (Plots 5, 6 and 7 to provide 1 x mobile home, 1 x touring caravan, parking space for two vehicles together with refuse and recycling store. Pitch 8 to provide 2 x mobile homes, parking space for two vehicles with refuse and recycling store). Associated works to include close boarded timber fencing to a height of 1.8m to plot.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Central Bedfordshire Council
Priory House, Monks Walk, Chicksands, Shefford, SG17 5TQ
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
