Reason: Major Application, Public Right of Way.
CHE/24/00638/LBC - Gates & railings at 23 West BarsS40 1AB. Reason: Listed Building Consent.
CHE/24/00618/FUL - Single storey side/rear extension at 562 Chatsworth Road S40 3JS. Reason: Conservation Area.
CHE/24/00478/ADV Signage & lighting at York House, St Marys Gate, S41 7TH. Reason: Conservation Area.
CHE/24/00511/FUL - Extension & alteration to existing nursing home to form residential care home at Elmwood House, Elm Street, Hollingwood, S43 2LQ. Reason: Major Application, Setting of a listed building.
