What is planned?
SOUTH DERBYSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL
The Council has under consideration the following applications:
Ref: DMPA/2024/1270 (Affects a conservation area) Change of use from holiday let to dwelling (use class C3) and creation of an access track at Warren Farm, Drakelow Road, Walton-on-Trent, Swadlincote, DE12 8NB
Ref: DMPA/2024/1332 (affects a conservation area, Affects the setting of a listed building) The refurbishment of shop front and the conversion of flat above into two flats including new windows and doors at 35-36 Market Place, Melbourne, Derby, DE73 8DS
Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire.gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays) This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.

Comments and objections on applications and enforcement matters do not form part of the statutory register, and as such we will only retain these for up to two years following a decision being made unless an appeal is lodged.
