All comments must be received within 7 days and will go on public view.

PL/24/1079: Trinity Hall, South Street, Reading, RG1 4QU:

Change of use of existing building and extensions to provide 18 apartments.

PL/24/1277: Unit L30, Oracle Shopping Centre, Minster Street, Reading, RG1 2AQ:

The installation of a new door and infill panel.

PL/24/1353: 7 Blagrave Street, Reading, RG1 1PJ:

Demolition of the existing building (facade retained) and erection of a five-storey building with a cafe, bed and breakfast, and ancillary spaces.

PL/24/1362: 41 Minster Street, Reading, RG1 2JB:

Installation of 2 new louvres within existing 2nd floor window openings on the West Elevation.

PL/24/1382: 28-30 Queen Victoria Street, Reading, RG1 1TG:

Creation of 3No Apartments at The First, Second & Third Floors, No alteration to the external Building, other than the addition of a new front door and a new Retail Shop Front. Retention of Retail unit on the Ground Floor & Basement Level.
