What is planned?

Mole Valley District Council

Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule. 

MO/2024/1544 :  Land North West of Barnett Wood Lane, Ashtead, Surrey, KT21 2BU, Installation of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facility, underground cabling, access track, landscaping, biodiversity enhancement and ancillary infrastructure and equipment, security fence and gates. 

MO/2024/1546: 9, Castle Gardens, Brockham, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1NY, Conversion of store room into an en-suite shower room.

MO/2024/1561: Woodlands Park Stables, Woodlands Lane, Cobham, Surrey KT11 3QA, Replacement and new access tracks to grazing paddocks, subdivision of grazing paddocks and installation of stockproof fencing and closeboard fencing and hedgerows to dog exercise compounds (part of application site within Mole Valley District). 

MO/2024/1655: 2, High Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8HT, Variation of Condition 2 of approved planning application MO/2023/0362 for the conversion of the first and second floors of the building to accommodate three self-contained flats, with associated external alterations including the construction of new dormer windows. Retention of ground floor commercial floorspace to allow the relocation of an existing dormer window on Western roof slope to a central position and proposed windows and dormer window at loft level to be replaced with high quality windows of UPVC construction. 

MO/2024/1657: 2, High Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8HT, Variation of Condition 2 of approved planning application MO/2023/0362 for the conversion of the first and second floors of the building to accommodate three self-contained flats, with associated external alterations including the construction of new dormer windows. Retention of ground floor commercial floorspace to allow the relocation of dormer windows.

MO/2024/1701: Stonebridge House, 28-32, Bridge Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8BZ, Change of use from commercial use to 3 No. houses for residential use. Internal and external alterations including new porch. Construction of bike store, associated landscape works.
