Town And Country Planning Act 1990 Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

24F/2439- Morrisons Supermarket, 1 Penketh Drive (24) Applicant Motor Fuel Group Ltd. Section 73 planning application to vary condition 21 attached to planning ref 03F/1306 (To demolish existing buildings to form new access on to Speke Boulevard and construction of part 2 storey and part single storey superstore, 15 no. shops, health centre, car parking and petrol station, highway works and landscaping) so as to allow the petrol station to be open between the hours of 0600-2300hrs Monday-Sunday.

24F/2431- Petrol Filling Station, Morrisons Supermarket, 1 Besford Road (25) Applicant Motor Fuel Group Ltd. Section 73 planning application to vary condition 24 attached to planning ref 03/F/0217 (To vary condition 24 attached to permission 02F/1638 to allow a variation in the opening hours of the petrol filling station) so as to allow the petrol station to be open between the hours of 0600-2300 Monday-Sunday.

24F/1019 - Unit 32, Bowring Park Road (14) Applicant Mr Dan Loughran, LCC Group Ltd. To redevelop car wash (formerly a Filling Station) as a 24 hour 7 days a week unmanned filling station, including erection of canopy and carry out modifications to access. **Amended plan and Tree reports received**.

24F/2531 - 24 Southwood Road (17) Applicant Paul Robinson, Ministry of Justice Property Directorate. To carry out repairs to existing boundary wall and replace fallen stretch of wall with a close boarded timber fence.

24F/1614 & 24L/1615 - 8 Castle Street, City Centre (2) Applicant Andrew Peters, The 23 Group Ltd. To change use of ground floor and basement from printing shop (Use Class E) to restaurant and bar (Sui Generis) with associated installation of extract grill to rear elevation, internal alterations and replacement shop front (Amended description of proposal and plans).

24F/2825 & 24A/2824 - 31 & 31a Bold Street (1) Applicant Boojum GB Trading Limited. To install awnings and 5 no. panels to shopfront, replace existing fascia sign with 1 no. internally illuminated fascia sign, install 1 no. projecting sign, 1 no. wall mounted box sign and 1 no. menu box.

23F/1374 - Land north of Parkview Road (11) Applicant Mr Paul Courtney. To erect 52 residential dwellings consisting of 15 three bed houses and two 3 storey blocks containing 37 apartments (20 in Block A to the west and 17 in Block B to the east), along with associated access, parking and works to facilitate the development. **Amended description** **Amended plans received**.

24L/2800 - Bluecoat Chambers, School Lane (1) Applicant Sue Baker, The Bluecoat. To carry out a refurbishment to the 1st Floor Bistro area, remove the non-original central bar and large suspended lantern box above and the raised floor area facing the bar server, installation of two new timber clad pods, new lighting, new curtains and secondary glazing to all windows on the floor.

24O/2618 - Bohemians Tennis Club, Queens Drive (13) Applicant P. Galvin. To demolish Tennis Club and erect 9 no. semi-detached and terraced single storey dwellings with associated landscaping and parking arrangements and replace 6 no. vehicle parking spaces for adjacent residents.

24L/2781 - Liverpool Empire Theatre, Lime Street (1) Applicant S. Ainsworth, ATG Entertainment. To carry out external works to upgrade and modernize the first floor signs to a digital LED projecting unit.

24A/2779 - Liverpool Empire Theatre, Lime Street (1) Applicant S. Ainsworth, ATG Entertainment. To remove 3 no. first floor signs and associated structures (2 x projecting poster signs and 1 x flat poster sign) and installation of double sided projecting LED sign.

24L/2854 - Liverpool University, Waterhouse Building, Blocks C & D, 1-3 Brownlow Street (69) Applicant Rajmund Zatonski, University of Liverpool. To carry out refurbishment and improvement works to Building Blocks C & D, restoration work, repurposing works and compliancy work to the Chapel and remedial works to some of the surrounding corridors in the University of Liverpool's Waterhouse building.

The applications can be viewed at https://liverpool.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/ Any comments you want to make must be received by 21st November 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of epresentations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
