The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

24/1510/FH - 109 Sandgate Road, Folkestone, CT20 2BL - Conversion of the upper floors into a three-bedroomed self-contained maisonette.
24/1624/FH - 1 ROLFE COTTAGE, STOWTING HILL, STOWTING, ASHFORD, TN25 6BE - Listed Building Consent for the addition of an open single storey oak framed porch
24/1630/FH - 89 HIGH STREET, HYTHE, CT21 5JH - Partitioning of the two properties and retrospective installation of shop frontage
24/1633/FH - Land at Neptune Drive, Folkestone, CT20 3UN - Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission Y17/0248/SH to allow for changes to the layout of dwellings of plots 29-34
24/1648/FH - STONEWALD, HILLSIDE STREET, HYTHE, CT21 5DJ - Front porch with the addition of new decking and balustrade above existing garage, addition of new home office on decking, excavation of existing bank to create 3 new parking spaces, addition of new decking and balustrade above.
24/1656/FH - METROPOLE NURSERY, THE METROPOLE, THE LEAS, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2LU - Change of use from Nursery (Use Class E (f)) to Health Clinic (Use Class E (e))
24/1667/FH - 89 HIGH STREET, HYTHE, CT21 5JH - Listed building consent for the partitioning of the two properties and retrospective installation of shop frontage
24/1670/FH - TOWN HALL, HIGH STREET, NEW ROMNEY, TN28 8BT - Listed Building consent for the installation of Air Conditioning system.
24/1678/FH - 125 Sandgate Road, Folkestone, CT20 2BL - Conversion of first floor offices into a self-contained two-bedroomed flat (in conjunction with Planning Consent No. 24/1260/FH), including new first floor front windows to No.125A.

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
