Proposed Development at Dronfield Wastewater Treatment Works and land to the east, between Unstone Hill and Half Acre Lane.

I give notice that Yorkshire Water Services Ltd is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission for the construction of a permanent access road to Dronfield WwTW and associated works.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
The proposed development to which the application relates is situated within 10 metres of relevant railway land.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at the
Planning Department, North East Derbyshire District Council, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S42 6NG (available online at https://www.ne-derbyshire.gov.uk) during all reasonable hours until 22 11 2024.
Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 22 11 2024,
by writing to the Executive Director of Place, at the County Council postal address given above,
by email to: planningrepresentations@derbyshire.gov.uk,or
by using the facility for representations about current planning applications available on the Council’s website www.derbyshire.gov.uk.

The development would affect a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies.
The provisions of the development plan which the Council currently consider the proposed development does not accord with relate to the Green Belt.
