PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC CONSULTATION
Proposal: Translink are proposing the demolition of the existing station building and Musgrave Marketplace building to provide a new railway passenger facility in Lurgan as well as increased Park & Ride capacity, construction of a sheltering canopy on both platforms and a pedestrian/cycle bridge linking the station building and platforms.

An Online Public Consultation in respect of this proposal will run between Monday 11th November and Friday 29th November 2024. Information can be accessed by visiting www.translink.co.uk/lurganstation.
Two public events will be held on:
Wednesday 13th November 2024 in Lurgan Town Hall, 2-4 Union St, Lurgan, Craigavon BT66 8DY between 1-3pm and 4-7pm
Tuesday 19th November 2024 in St Peters GAA Community Sports Hall, 99 Lower North Street, Lurgan, BT67 9AH between 1-3pm and 4-7pm
The consultation provides an opportunity for the public to view details, including plans for this proposed development, provide feedback and to raise questions with members of the project team.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, normal neighbourhood notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and you will then have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal.
