PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION: Prospective Major Application on Land at 52-54 and 56-58
Bangor Road, Edinburgh, EH6 5JU.


Proposed mixed-use development, Demolition of existing buildings and erection of mixed-use
development comprising student accommodation (sui generis) and employment space (class 4).
The in-person public consultation event will take place on Wednesday 13th November from 3pm to
7pm. It will be held at the Biscuit Factory, 4-6 Anderson Place, Edinburgh, EH6 5NP, where you will be
able to find out more about the proposal and will also have opportunity to speak to the project team
representing the Applicant, BR Consultants. Further information will also be available at the
prospective website www.bangorroaddevelopment.co.uk from Wednesday 13th November or you can

If you wish to make comments on the proposal, you may do so at the event by submitting a feedback
form. Alternatively, you can email your comments to consultation@scotthobbsplanning.com with the
subject line “Bangor Road” or post comment to 24a Stafford Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7BD by 27th
November 2024.
Please note that all comments must be sent to the above address and are NOT representations to City
of Edinburgh Council. There will be an opportunity to make formal representations to the council, as
planning authority, when a planning application is made.
